Izzy at Evolve is the best around, he listens and caters brilliantly and has been a huge help during lockdown. He offers bespoke training per individual, even during virtual classes of around 5/7 people he will make sure each person is doing the right thing, and will amend and change an exercise to suit a person with a bad knee or back for example.

Izzy has kept me motivated with my fitness, coaching me on Zoom every week and also checking in between to ensure that i am doing well, advising me on good food choices (which aren’t restrictive). At times i struggled especially to begin with as i was unfit but he never made me feel pressured, with the consistent coaching i became stronger and fitter which helped my mental health ! Can’t thank him enough !
